The Rested Mind is a sound based wellness experience focused on burnout recovery, nervous system care, and sustainable stress support. We start with some very simple stretches + breath work to get into the body, then some guided visual exercises followed by a sound bath.
Participants will leave with: simple grounding techniques they can use in minutes, greater awareness of stress pattens and how to interrupt them, and a deeper sense of mental clarity and emotional balance.Participants are welcome to bring their own beverages or snacks. Please wear comfortable shoes if you would like to walk about the farm and wearing bug spray is encouraged.
Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshop will be outdoors if weather allows. If weather is unfavorable it may be moved inside.

Hi, I’m Candy, momma of 6 and a music and holistic wellness educator in the champaign schools and community. I help overwhelmed people reconnect with rest, clarity, and creativity through guided meditation and self discovery exercises, sound healing, and restorative group experiences.
